Returns & refunds
If our products don't live up to your expectations, and you are not happy with our explanation, or we can't resolve your issue, we will refund, credit or replace it for you.
To expedite a solution to the issue, please email orders@pacificharvest.co.nz to advise us immediately if:
- an item/order is damaged in transit from us to you, (please note we can't issue any refunds or exchanges for items bought from a third-party retailer).
- you have received an item which is not what you ordered
- You have received a product not in line with your expectations.*
*Please read here if you are concerned about the white powder appearing on your seaweed. It's highly unlikely to be mould!
One or more of the following options will be available if we are advised within 30 days from the date of purchase:
- Replacement: if a replacement is required, it will be sent immediately subject to availability, at no charge to you.
- Credit: if a credit is required, the appropriate account will be credited to the amount of the transaction.
- Refund: if a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment method.
Purchases made through third party sites are required to contact the respective company to enquire about their order details including tracking and third party return policies.
