Shipping

Orders within Australia & New Zealand over $80 will be shipped free via courier. You will receive tracking details via email soon after we have dispatched your order.  If you have not received this, please kindly check your spam folder.

Unfortunately we are unable to allow pick ups at our address.

Please note we don't ship to PO boxes, please provide a street address.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, Pacific Harvest is not responsible for orders that have not been received due to incorrect delivery details and cannot be changed after checkout is complete. Please ensure someone will be available to sign for your order or collect it if you receive a card-to-call. 

We ship to most countries. Shipping  costs for online orders are calculated when you order, based on the weight and size of your order, and where we are shipping to. Our products will be carefully packed for safe delivery. We don’t add a mark up on shipping costs. 

If you wish, you are able to add a contribution to Carbon Click to offset your shipping emissions. This contribution is paid directly to Carbon Click. 

We aim to ship orders within one to two business days, but if we are unable to do this, we'll let you know.  

Any import duties or taxes, levied by the authorities in the country of destination, are the buyer’s responsibility.  No refunds will be issued for orders where taxes/duties remain unpaid by the purchaser.  Please check with your local customs agency regarding the tax/duty likely to be charged prior to placing your order. 

Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled.
