Ingredients:
- 1 large bunch of kale
- 55g Pacific Harvest Atlantic Dulse Flakes
- Ceres Organics Olive oil to drizzle
- Parmesan cheese
- Ceres Organics Pumpkin seeds, or pine nuts
Method:
1. Wash kale and remove stalks. Place in steamer and steam until tender (approx. 20 mins). Dry off with a clean towel or paper towel
2. Chop kale roughly. Place kale in a salad bowl and sprinkle dulse flakes over the kale.
3. Drizzle with oil, and sprinkle parmesan and nuts or seeds of your choice. Mix.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
