Kale, Dulse & Parmesan Iron-rich Salad | Pacific harvest

Steamed kale is tossed with Atlantic dulse flakes, parmesan, and crunchy seeds for a satisfying side that pairs beautifully with BBQs, plant-based mains, or light lunches. Method:

1.   Wash kale and remove stalks.  Place in steamer and steam until tender (approx. 20 mins). Dry off with a clean towel or paper towel

2.  Chop kale roughly. Place kale in a salad bowl and sprinkle dulse flakes over the kale.

3.  Drizzle with oil, and sprinkle parmesan and nuts or seeds of your choice. Mix.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
