Serves 4-6
Ingredients:
- 200g cooked and cooled Ceres Organics quinoa (you can also use bulgar wheat if you prefer a tabbouleh style salad)
- Cherry tomatoes
- Juice of a Lemon
- Pacific Harvest Seaweed Salt
- 50g Pacific Harvest Sea lettuce
- 6 Ceres Organics Kalamata Olives
- Ceres Organics Pumpkin seeds
Method:
Throw all the ingredients in a bowl and mix. Serve immediately.
