Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Irish moss gel
- 1 small banana (ideally frozen)
- 1/2 an avocado
- Large handful of spinach
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon collagen powder
- Your favourite toppings – frozen berries, granola, coconut chips
Directions
- This assumes your Irish moss gel is already in the fridge!
- Pull all ingredients into the blender and whiz for about a minute until its all mixed well
- Pour into a glass and top with your favourite toppings
