This mouth-watering organic New Zealand sea salt is lovingly hot smoked in small batches, using a fragrant New Zealand Manuka wood chips. This results in a unique, soft floral and smoky, chemical free flavour!
Manuka has a broad, robust flavour producing a heavy smoke with a touch of sweetness. It is a distinctly New Zealand flavour.
Available in a trial sized jar 100g, refill box 400g and bulk 1.5kg bag.
