Furikake Seasonings (Seaweed & Sesame Blends, Gluten Free, Delicious, Vegan)
Awaken your taste buds with our popular Seaweed & Sesame Seasoning range ~ offered in three natural flavour options – Chilli*, Garlic and Citrus.
Our recipe is based on the Japanese 'furikake' concept, a popular rice seasoning. However our recipe is free from all artificial ingredients, vegan friendly and gluten free. These seasonings will bring a boost of nutrients and deeper flavour to every meal - each offers an excellent source of Iodine in a single serving. They are slightly salty, but with lower sodium. Flavour notes are savoury, meaty and enriching.
Sprinkle onto almost anything you are eating is possibly the easiest way to add a little seaweed to everyday.
Each flavour is available in a 50g jar or 250g refill box.

Ingredients*:
- Chilli – Sesame Seeds, Seaweeds , Raw Sugar, Salt, Spices (Capsicum), Sunflower Oil, Soy Sauce Powder, Spice Extracts.
- Garlic –Sesame Seeds, Seaweeds, Garlic, Raw Sugar, Sunflower Oil, Soy Sauce Powder, Spices.
- Citrus – Sesame Seeds , Seaweeds , Raw Sugar, Salt, Spices, Sunflower Oil, Onion Powder, Natural Flavours, Soy Sauce Powder, Lemon Oil, Citric Acid
Country of origin: Blended & packed in New Zealand from imported and local ingredients.
Storage: Store furikake seasoning in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Please seal securely once opened to preserve freshness and keep moisture out as seaweeds are hygroscopic (they absorb moisture from the atmosphere around them).
*we added a small amount of raw sugar to carry the flavour. There is still significantly less sugar than many other processed seasoning alternatives.
