Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon kelp seasoning
- 250g cooked beetroot, peeled
- 1 x 400g Ceres Organics chickpeas
- 1 teaspoon Pacific Harvest Power of three seaweed flakes
- Juice of one lemon
- 2 tablespoon Ceres Organics tahini
- 2 teaspoon cumin
- 100ml Ceres Organics Olive oil
- Small bunch of parsley
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon of horseradish
- Small chunk of feta cheese
- Handful of seeds of your choice
Method:
- Put everything into blender except horseradish and power of three seaweed seasoning. Pulse for one minute
- Add a little more oil for smoothness
- Scoop out mixture and place in a bowl
- Stir horseradish through and garnish with power of three
- Sprinkle with some crumbled feta and or seeds of your choice to garnish
- Serve with Ceres rice cakes as a healthy snack or add to your snacking platter for a pop of colour!
