A nourishing savoury twist on a wellness classic full of satisfying umami and plant-based protein to support digtestive support. If you are into Japanese or macrobiotic-inpsired cuisine, give this a go!
Ingredients
- 3 tbs Ceres Organics Chia Seeds
- 1 Cup unsweetened almond milk (or alternative plant based milk)
- 1 tbs Ceres Organics miso paste
- 1/2 tsp Ceres Organics sesame oil
- 1/2 or 1 tbs Atlantic Dulse Flakes (or seaweed flakes of your choice) - use less if you would like less saltiness
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp Ceres Organics Tamari
- Optional toppings: Chives, spring onion, sesame seeds, avocado, a boiled egg or cooked tofu
Directions
- Whisk milk and miso paste until disolved
- Add in oil, grated ginger, tamari, seaweed and chia seeds. Mix well
- Pour into a container to chill
- Sprinkle with desired topping and serve.
