Dulse Smoothie with Berries & Irish Moss

Jam-packed with antioxidants, protein, vitamins & minerals, this Dulse, Irish Moss, Berry and Flaxseed Smoothie is a delicious nutritional powerhouse - a great way to start your day out right! 
We’ve taken inspiration from Medical Medium’s recipe and added a few titbits of our own to add even more goodness!  Use your made up Irish Moss gel.

Serves 4

Prep time 10 minutes (once your gel is made up)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh/frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh/frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh/frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 large banana
  • 1.5 cups coconut almond milk (regular almond milk or skim milk also work)
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 tsp Dulse Flakes
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1/2 tablespoons of Irish Moss gel

    Directions

    1. Throw all of the ingredients together in a large blender.
    2. Blend until smooth and pureed.
    3. Drink and enjoy!
