A vegan Dulse Lettuce and Tomato Sandwich is the ultimate indulgence. Dulse's smoky saltiness is the perfect complement to a garden sweet tomato - sweet, salty and satisfying.
Prep time 5 minutes
- 4 slices of gluten free, dairy free bread
- 1 fresh tomato, sliced
- Lettuce leaves, sprouts or both (optional)
- 2 Dulse Leaves (or use 2tbsp Dulse flakes /Smoked Dulse flakes)
- 2 tsp vegan mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Citrus Seaweed & Sesame Seasoning
- 1/2 avocado, sliced into thin pieces (optional)
Directions for each sandwich:
- Spread the mayonnaise on one slice.
- Arrange other ingredients
- Sprinkle with Citrus Seaweed Seasoning
- Cut in half for easy handling
