Olivia’s Banana, Avocado & Irish Moss smoothie will leave you feeling satisfied, cleansed and healthy! A smooth, satisfying texture, brimming with superfoods to get your day off to the best start.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Irish moss gel
  • 1 small banana (ideally frozen)
  • 1/2 an avocado
  • Large handful of spinach
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon collagen powder
  • Your favourite toppings – frozen berries, granola, coconut chips

      Directions

      1. This assumes your Irish moss gel is already in the fridge! 
      2. Pull all ingredients into the blender and whiz for about a minute until its all mixed well
      3. Pour into a glass and top with your favourite toppings
