Kelp Seaweed (Raw, Gluten Free, New Zealand Wild Harvested)
Our kelp seaweed is harvested from the pristine waters of the north island of New Zealand and dried naturally to preserve nutrients, then milled into powder and granules.
Use as a seasoning, before, during or after cooking. Kelp adds body and salty, sweet umami flavour to soups, stews and gravies. Use it to replace regular table salt. Use as a rub to tenderise meat and fish, and infuse flavour.
Available:
- in a powder or granule (seasoning format),
- in a 45g jar (trial size), 375g refill box or 1kg bag.
