Transform a simple guacamole with a sprinkle of kelp~ try chilli, garlic or lemon, or any seaweed seasoning, as a wonderufl alternative to salt. The seaweed will provide a wonderful boost of nutrients and brings wonderful depth of flavour.

Ingredients
- fresh avocado ready to eat
- Garlic, chilli or lemon kelp seasoning (or any other seaweed flakes you love the taste of)
- Lime/Lemon
- Red onion, peppers (optional)
- Seaweed & Sesame seasoning - each is different (optional)
Directions
- Cut your avocado and mash to desired consistency.
- Sprinkle with a sprinkle of seaweed to taste
- Add other ingredients and a squeeze of lime or lemon
- Garnish with Seaweed & sesame seasoning if desired
- Serve as a side, with wraps or with corn chips.
