Transform a simple guacamole with a sprinkle of kelp ~ try chilli, garlic or lemon, as a wonderufl alternative to salt. The kelp will provide a wonderful boost of nutrients and brings wonderful depth of flavour.
Prep time 5 minutes
- fresh avocado ready to eat
- Garlic, chilli or Lemon kelp seasoning
- Seaweed & Sesame seasoning (optional)
- Cut your avocado and mash to desired consistency.
- Sprinkle with kelp and mix
- Garnish with Seaweed & sesame seasoning if desired
- Serve as a side, or with corn chips.
