Dulse Chips

Dulse Chips make a smoky, savoury and nutritious snack at any time of the day.

Serves 4

Prep time 30 minutes



    1. Separate the Dulse Leaves until you have a single layer.
    2. Put a teaspoon of coconut oil into a frying pan and melt on low heat.
    3. Add the Dulse Leaves and cook very gently for about 1 minute or until crispy.
    4. Garnish with seaweed & sesame seasoning
    5. Enjoy!


    • The Dulse Leaves should not fry or change colour; if they do, the heat is too strong.
