Pacific Harvest Agar

Product worked well, and is a useful adjunct to my cooking processes. Works in Pickles, Pis and sauces without dulling the flavour of the product.

I can see your parcel has been shipped and is currently being held for clearance at customs.

Once a parcel leaves us, it is difficult to control what happens and if customs decides to hold it for testing. Customs clearance has always been out of our hands and we do suggest in our terms and conditions that customers need to check this area – especially if they live outside of New Zealand and or Australia, as you do.

Taste great

Agar agar best for making my vegan Turkish Delight

Your agar agar is distinctly different in taste from other brands I have used to make my vegan Turkish Delight - it is a WINNER. The other brands have an after taste that is unpleasant- I don’t know how to describe the taste other than to say it taste like a chemical.
