Soup Seaweed Bundle (Raw, Wild Harvested, GF)
Save when you purchase this soup bundle rather than buying them individually. Three nutritious seaweeds ~ Sea Spaghetti, Kombu Leaves, New Zealand wild harvested Wakame ~ in our opinion, all essential soup ingredients! Iodine rich, and gut friendly, these are amazing ingredients to add to dashi stocks and vegan or vegetarian broths which will bring delicious flavours and minerals to your bowl.
Sea Spaghetti is naturally briny in flavour but soak it in other liquids to experiment with flavour. Wakame is commonly used in miso soup but is delicious in other soups too. Make dashi stock with Kombu leaves to infuse mineral and nutrient density and awaken taste buds with umami flavour and depth.
Available to two sizes:
- Small Soup Bundle - Wild Wakame Leaves 20g, Sea Spaghetti 30g, Kombu Leaves 25g
- Large Soup Bundle - Wild Wakame Leaves 80g, Sea Spaghetti 170g, Kombu Leaves 80g
These seaweeds lend themselves very well to hearty, immunity building and delicious soups, full of umami flavour. Download our recipe card on the link below for Kombu recipes.
